Jeroen Diderich
Vice President + General Manager, Label and Graphic Materials – North America

Jeroen Diderich is responsible for Label and Graphic Materials North America, including the Global Reflectives business and the recently acquired self-wound overlaminate business of ACPO Ltd.

Jeroen joined Avery Dennison in 2003 and was most recently the vice president and general manager of the Label and Graphic Materials Europe business. He has held previous leadership roles in marketing, sales, and supply chain and operations.

Prior to joining the company, Jeroen had ten years of experience in the paper industry, most recently as vice president, supply chain, procurement and customer service for Sappi Fine Paper North America in Boston, Massachusetts (USA).

He studied business economics and marketing at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and business management at IMD in Lausanne (CH) and the Wharton Business School (USA). Jeroen is currently based in Mentor, Ohio.

Burak Sahbaz
Vice President and General Manager—Reflective Solutions

Burak Sahbaz is responsible for the strategic development and growth initiatives of Avery Dennison’s Reflective Solutions division. Burak joined Avery Dennison in 2012 as LPM EMENA Regional Sales Director and most recently served as Vice President, Sales for LPM EMENA.

With a strong history in customer satisfaction and leadership, Burak will enable the continued growth of our business and the transformation of the traffic and safety industry.

Burak earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.

Ashish Shukla
Global Marketing Director—Reflective Solutions

Ashish Shukla joined Avery Dennison Reflective Solutions in 2008 and has worked in roles of expanding responsibility in sales and business development, serving as Business Director in our China/ASEAN region. In 2016 Ashish was promoted to Global Marketing Director and relocated to the United States. He leads our product management and technical services organizations, aligning their priorities and executing the growth goals of the business worldwide.

Nikhil Agashe
Global R&D Director—Reflective Solutions

Nikhil Agashe leads the research and development teams for Reflective Solutions with focus on strong partnership between the technical and the other cross-functional teams. Nikhil also represents Reflective Solutions on the Global LGM R&D team. He joined Avery Dennison in 2007 and has held various positions including Sr. Research Engineer and R&D Manager in Reflective Solutions.In his past life, before joining Avery Dennison, Nikhil worked in General Electric, R&D. Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree from India, and a Masters and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Dan Zampa
Sales Director, Reflective Solutions—North America

Dan Zampa is responsible for profitable sales growth, including regional annual operating plan, business development, regional sales planning, sales operations and customer service. Dan joined Avery Dennison in 1999, serving in increasingly responsible sales management roles for the North American Graphics Direct Business and Reflective Highway Safety Products Division. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, he worked in sales management positions at Stimsonite Corporation and Western Remac Industries. Dan has over 20 years of commercial and technical experience in the traffic, safety and graphic industries. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, holds two patents in the reflective business and is a member of American Traffic Safety Service Association, Specialty Graphic Imaging Association and the International Sign Association. He is based in Niles, IL

James Williams
Business Director, Reflective Solutions—Asia Pacific

James Williams is responsible for leading Reflective Solutions business in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan through sales growth strategies, business development, project pipeline management, and customer relationship management in the region. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree with Honours from RMIT University and an MBA from Deakin University. He joined Avery Dennison in 2005 and is based in Newcastle, Australia.

Mario Escobar
Business Director, Reflective Solutions—South America

Mario Escobar is responsible for leading the execution of a comprehensive strategy to grow the market share and returns of the Traffic and Safety segment in South America. Mario began his career at Avery Dennison in 2000 working as an analyst. He moved on to become finance manager and then commercial manager for Graphic and Reflective Solutions, Brazil in 2010. He holds a bachelor of science in accounting from the Universidad del Valle and a master’s of business administration in finance from EAFIT, Colombia. Mario is also a certified public accountant. He is based in Vinhedo, Brazil.

Peter Koomen
Business Director, Reflective Solutions—EMEA, South Asia & ASEAN

Peter is responsible for planning and leading strategic business development and all commercial activities for the sheeting segment of the Reflective Solutions Division in this region. He is responsible for both championing quantitative and qualitative objectives, and optimizing the results for Avery Dennison in general, with respect to the Reflectives business. He is based in Leiden, Netherlands.

Sandeep Kottarath is responsible for developing our key Manufacturing & Technology Platforms, Process Improvement Projects, Capital Projects, and Business Risk Mitigation Initiatives globally. Sandeep began his career with Avery Dennison in 2005 as a Process Engineer and continued to take on positions with increasing responsibility including Operations Manager, Quality & Technical Services Manager. He holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering degree from University of Cincinnati and a MBA from Purdue University

Senior Business Manager, Reflective Solutions — Greater China and Philippines

Charlie Hu is responsible for leading one business team to drive profitable growth and accelerate strategic market developments for the Reflective Solutions Division in Greater China and Philippines. Charlie has won the Leadership Excellence Award in 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Anhui University, and a Masters from University of Science and Technology of China. He joined Avery Dennison in 2018 and is based in Shanghai, China. Prior to Avery Dennison, he has more than 8 years of cross-culture and international experience in sales/marketing in Asia region since 2011, as well as worked with Valspar, DSM, Celanese and LG Chem in various capacities.
